Many of us go through a gawky childhood or awkward adolescence, but not all of us do it on camera in front of an enormous audience. Child stars are subjected to all sorts of pressures and commentary about their appearance which often leads to self esteem issues. However, some of them get the last laugh when then ultimately blossom from ugly duckling into sexy swan.
