11. Kurt Angle, Chris Benoit, John Cena, Hardcore Holly & Bradshaw
The first matchup in the 2003 Survivor Series consisted of Kurt Angle, Chris Benoit, John Cena, Hardcore Holly, and Bradshaw against Brock Lesnar, The Big Show, Matt Morgan, Nathan Jones, and A-Train. Holly was eliminated from the series early on, after pushing a referee before the match, but even with one man down Team Angle wasn’t too concerned. Within the first 30 seconds, Bradshaw got the team off to a good start with a Clothesline from Hell, that sent A-Train packing. But karma came back around when Bradshaw was eliminated with a Chokeslam dealt by The Big Show.
Then, it was Angle’s time to shine and carry the weight of his team on his back. He eliminated Morgan and Jones, but eventually fell to Lesnar after a brutal F-5. Thankfully, Team Angle had some extra tricks up its sleeves in the form of Cena and Benoit, who closed out the match with a chain shot and a FU.
