A very pregnant Jessica Simpson stepped out in sky high red heels while shopping in NYC. Simpson received a lot of heat for gaining so much weight during her pregnancies so we believe that the petite singer was just trying to remain trendy and sleek in this look. However, doctors advise heels no higher than two inches while pregnant and we think Jess over did it a bit here.
