Olivia Culpo has shared that she mixes vitamin E oil in her moisturizer. Vitamin E oil is a nutrient as well as an antioxidant. This means that it can go a long way towards healing the skin and protecting it from further damage.
Vitamin E oil is often added into beauty and skincare products under the name tocopherol. But it’s also possible to add it in yourself for more control over the product. Applying straight vitamin E to the skin might be a little heavy. But mixing it into a moisturizer will keep it light.
If the moisturizer already has other antioxidants in it that’s even better. Some antioxidants work better when mixed together then they do on their own. It’s a simple way to make your daily moisturizer work that much harder for the health of your skin.
