Some Disneyland visitors who rode Pirates of the Carribean on Wednesday night got a special surprise when the real life Johnny Depp made an appearance dressed as Captain Jack Sparrow. The likeness of Johnny in character is on the ride as is, so it must have been quite a shock to see the real deal as well.
