Ariana Grande Says Relationship With Mac Miller Was ‘Toxic’

Ariana Grande has finally spoken out about her split from Mac Miller, saying that the relationship was “toxic.” Grande spoke about it in reference to a comment that someone made about Miller’s recent DUI car crash.

“Mac Miller totaling his G wagon and getting a DUI after Ariana Grande dumped him for another dude after he poured his heart out on a ten song album to her called the divine feminine is just the most heartbreaking thing happening in Hollywood.”

Devastated, please can one of them just tell us it’s not true??

Grande was not interested in taking on any blame for Miller’s actions and quickly spoke out about the comment.

“How absurd that you minimize female self-respect and self-worth by saying someone should stay in a toxic relationship because he wrote an album about them, which btw isn’t the case (just Cinderella is (about) me). I am not a babysitter or a mother and no woman should feel that they need to be.”

“I have cared for him and tried to support his sobriety & prayed for his balance for years (and always, will of course) but shaming / blaming women for a man’s inability to keep his s— together is a very major problem. Let’s please stop doing that. Of course I didn’t share about how hard or scary it was while it was happening but it was. I will continue to pray from the bottom of my heart that he figures it all out and that any other woman in this position does as well.”

The news of the car crash and Miller’s arrest after fleeing the scene of the crime came just a week after the news broke about their split. Miller has reportedly been struggling with his sobriety for a number of years, at times being completely sober and at other times trying to manage a normal relationship with alcohol.

Since the split with Miller, Ariana Grande has moved on with Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson.

Grande and Davidson most likely met when Grande hosted SNL, but both of them were in other relationships at the time. Around the same time that Grande and Miller split, Davidson and his girlfriend also went their separate ways. Some sources have said that Grande and Davidson started their romance earlier this month when she visited New York. They have been running in the same social circle for some time.
