Immigrant Louis Huang is balancing his desire to embrace the American dream while attempting to get his three sons acclimated to life in the States. We just can’t get enough of his humor and his optimism even when things at his restaurant, Cattleman’s Ranch, are going haywire. Despite his struggles in the business world, viewers love watching Louis being the protective and positive role model for his precocious Taiwanese-American kids.
